Pre-order Cancellation:

1. Manufacturer Cancellation: If the manufacturer decides to cancel production entirely, a full refund will be provided to your original payment method.
2. Customer Cancellation: Pre-orders generally cannot be canceled because we commit to order quantities from pre-order to suppliers . If you must request cancellation, a fee of 30% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.
3. Delay Exception: If a product’s release is delayed by more than 6 months beyond its initial estimated release date, you may cancel for a 100% full refund with no fees.

Stock Availability

• Shortages: If the suppliers doesn't give us enough stock to cover all pre-orders, we will fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one piece per customer. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

High-Value & Bulk Orders:

For high-value or bulk pre-orders, It is sourced from suppliers based on your order. As these items are difficult to resell or return to suppliers, we reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests. This includes Bulk Orders (buying more than 2 of the same item) and High-Value Orders (a single item over USD $80). If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchase.
