Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges and Return
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery for all items purchased if the following conditions are met:

  1. Your name and order number/receipt must be presented within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and
  2. Products that are defective upon receiving (due to manufacturing and/or shipping process) - Photo of the defect(s) within 24 hours from receipt of delivery/collection
  3. Products that are wrongly sent (completely different from what you have ordered),
  4. Item is in the original packaging/unopened

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for covering the costs of returning items unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us at info@minifigureplaza, and we will provide further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do note that we do not allow “change of mind” returns

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

(Note: Minor dents to outer packaging boxes that do not affect the product inside are not considered defects, as these boxes are designed to protect the item during transit.)

Factory Seals and Packaging

Collectible figures and miniature sets (including Re-ment products) come in factory-applied outer cardboard boxes, shrink wrap or plastic seals designed only to protect the internal contents during handling and transit. Minor imperfections to this outer seal — such as tears, split corners, loose wrapping, or creases — can occur during manufacturing and shipping process, these are considered normal. These do not affect the integrity of the product or the sealed contents inside, and therefore do not qualify as “damaged” goods for the purpose of returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations made before shipment (including Pre-Orders) are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping costs and applicable processing fees.

 

Refund

Shipping and Processing Fees

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that MiniFigurePlaza reserves the right to deduct a fee from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase. This fee may be applied to refunds for orders cancelled by the customer or returned without fault on the part of MiniFigurePlaza This deduction will not apply where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where we are otherwise legally required to provide a full refund.

Terms and Conditions

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
