Shipping Destinations
We provide worldwide shipping to customer. Please review the details below regarding processing, delivery and customs responsibilities.
Order Processing Time
- Most orders ship within 2 working days of purchase.
- Orders placed after 4pm during the weekday, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Order Tracking
- All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail for secure and trackable delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 7-10 business days for overseas orders if all your items are in stock. (Times vary based on the destination and custom handling)
Customs Fees and VAT
- US & Canada: Import fees are fully covered. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
- International: Customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or taxes upon delivery. (They are not included in the checkout)
Customer Responsibility - The recipient is responsible for paying any customs and VAT fees required to release the package.
Important Note Please consider any import fees and VAT you may be obligated to pay before placing an order. Our store is unable to undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift" to avoid customs fees. If any import duties apply, our courier will handle the customs clearance and collect the required fees directly from the receiver upon delivery.
Refusal of Customs Charges
If a customer refuses to pay required customs duties or taxes:
- The shipment may be returned to us by the carrier.

The refund (if applicable) will be issued after deducting Original shipping costs, Return shipping cost, Carrier penalties and handling charges.
If the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the item, the package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
